The Squawk Box Library

This week CNBC's Squawk Box announced a new feature the Squawk Box Book club.  The feature highlights "a library of business classics" according to the show.  Although you may agree or disagree with the segment's listing below it makes you ask what are your classic business book?

The Squawk Book Library

  • James Stewart, Den of Thieves
  • Burton Malkiel, A Random Walk Down Wall Street
  • Sir Richard Branson, Screw Business as Usual
  • Ben Mezrich, The Accidental Billionaires: The Founding of Facebook
  • James Surowiecki, The Wisdom of Crowds
  • Tim Ferriss, The 4-Hour Workweek
  • Michael Lewis, Liar's Poker
  • Bryan Burrough, Barbarians At The Gate
  • Steve Wozniak, iWoz : Computer Geek to Cult Icon - Getting to the Core of Apple's Inventor
Of the list I have personally read A Random Walk Down Wall Street and The 4 Hour Workweek.  I have Liar's Poker sitting on my bookshelf waiting for the CFA exam to be over at the beginning of June.
