If that wasn't exiting enough we went to the Detroit Tigers game against the Pittsburgh Pirates where history was almost made. Justin Verlander, Detroit Tiger starting pitcher and arguably the best pitcher in the game for the past few seasons was within 2 outs of completing his third career no-hitter. It wasn't meant to be as Pirate Josh Harrison flared a hit into center field with one out in the ninth.
Nonetheless it was a great night at an electric pallpark with a beautiful lady.
