Foreclosure Activity Increases According To RealtyTrac U.S. Foreclosure Market Report

Some interesting charts courtesy of RealtyTrac which were posted on The Big Picture.

Once again the nice people at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have postponed evicting people out of their homes until after the Christmas/New Year holiday.  But as you can see form the chart below foreclosure starts and actual bank repossessions were starting to come inline with each other until the last few months.
